President
Bill Picketts
Bill Picketts became the Director of Operations for PABA International officially in January of 2020. He was set to lead Team Philippines in the 2020 World Baseball Classic in Tucson that, unfortunately, was canceled due to COVID-19.
Since then, Bill has made it his mission to recognize, develop and promote Filipino baseball players here in the US as well as the Philippines. Bill began his collegiate playing career at College of the Canyons, then transferred to Long Beach State.
As a member of the Original Dirtbags team in 1989, Bill played in the College World Series and was eventually drafted in the 12th round by the Oakland Athletics out of Cal State LA.
He became the head coach for Pierce College in 2015.

Vince Sagisi
Vince Sagisi is a former Scout for the Cleveland Guardians. He has since moved to the Philippines and been named Director of Baseball Operations for PABA (Philippine Amateur Baseball Association), where he oversees the players and coaches for the men's national baseball team.

Will Picketts
Since ending his collegiate career, he has helped lead the Philippines Baseball Group to spread Filipino baseball awareness worldwide, traveling to the Philippines to work with the Philippines Men’s and Women’s National Baseball Teams, as well as taking various PBG teams to tournaments and showcases around the US.
Will received his master’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal State LA in 2023 and is currently teaching collegiately. He is engaged to Alyssa Rodriguez, his high school sweetheart of over 8 years.

Micheal Hymes
Michael Hymes began his college career at LA Pierce College, then moved on to San Jose State University, where he began his coaching career. Currently coaching at LA Valley College, he has produced 10 Gold Glove Award winners at the junior college level. He has also developed a baseball app to teach the fundamentals of infield play. He has traveled to the Philippines to promote baseball and helped coach the Philippines Men's National Team in preparation for major worldwide tournaments.

Kory Breuker
Philippines Baseball Group want to formally introduce Kory Breuker. Breuker joins our team as he will be coacing the middle school and under group. He currently is the JV head coach at Agoura Hills.
